My splits were as follows:
First hill rep - 1:08
2nd - 1:02
3rd - 0:59
4th - 0:54
5th - 0:49
I was hitting zone 5-6 for each rep so a pretty brutal exercise set.
Easy run back. Just over the hour in total. Job done!
